Sushi Time - Longmeadow: Fresh, Authentic Sushi with Outstanding Service

I moved to the area from a larger city and was struggling to find genuinely good, clean, and correctly prepared sushi - Then I found Sushi Time. This restaurant impressed me from the moment I walked in. The staff is friendly, respectful, and more than helpful. The decor is lovely and inviting. My server was patiently and kindly assisted me with the menu based on my preferences. And then there's the food; The food is absolutely incredible. I loved each piece of sushi I tried, and could tell that it was made with fresh ingredients and prepared properly. Sushi Time might just be my favorite sushi restaurant of all-time.

My fiancé and I frequent this restaurant due to the amazing service and the best food you could ever imagine. Every time we come, the food is fantastic. We have become regulars to the point that we are recognized and appreciated every time we come in. The owner is very attentive, kind, and caring. The chefs are incredibly talented and detail oriented. The food is well prepared, tastes good every time, and we have never had an issue! Thank you so much for the incredible service every single time. We WILL be back again and again.

Great experience start to end. Really friendly and attentive staff. A nice, intimate setting. Delicious, fresh sushi - the best in the area. Mouthwatering hibachi steak and shrimp (huge portion, enough for two). Good selection of beer and great cocktails. Very happy with our time here and will definitely be back.

Sushi Time is high above the industry standard. Every time me and my extremely attractive wife treat ourselves to dinner we are beyond satisfied. The establishment has phenomenal customer service. We have received complementary food more than once and it was really good. If you want a place to eat good sushi and have great service look no further. Sushi Time probably could change the world. Can't wait to return!

This was our first time trying Sushi Time and we will definitely be back. The menu offers some unique choices with “no rice rolls” and the Spicy Tuna Pizza was delicious! This is BY FAR our new favorite sushi place. 10/10 would recommend. We had: Spicy Tuna Pizza appetizer Salmon Naruto roll (no rice roll) Bamboo roll (no rice roll) Spicy Crunchy Tuna Roll Salmon Roll Lovers Roll We loved them all and can’t wait to try more options from the menu!

So so cute, the family who owns it is very kind and attentive. The space is very calming and pretty. THE FOOD was so good, I love sushi and am always looking for good places a little closer to me, this by far has to be in my top three. Everything was very fresh, I got 5 different rolls and all of them were very refreshing and filled with flavor, the prices aren’t high at all and definitely reflect the food, i was surprised. Not too much rice, so it’s not super heavy. Overall definitely coming back!!

Sushi Time is an absolute GEM and without question the BEST sushi restaurant around! Sonia and John are phenomenal business owners whose passion shows in every single detail—from the stunning, tastefully decorated space to the unmatched hospitality and, most importantly, the incredible food. Every bite is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with so much love and pride. You don’t just eat here, you experience it. This is the kind of place you can’t stop talking about and immediately start telling everyone you know to go. Sushitime is an absolute favorite of ours. The food is consistently excellent. We’ve tried so many appetizers: shumai, tempura, gyoza, scallion pancakes, kani salad, and every one has been fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite, especially the shrimp. YUM! The portion sizes are just right, not too much, not too little, which we really appreciate. Whether it’s ramen, sushi, noodles, or hibachi, everything we’ve ordered has been delicious. And the mango and peach ice cream desserts are the cutest little surprise, so fun and such a great way to end the meal. What truly makes this place special, though, is the owner and her wonderful staff. Sonia is incredibly kind and personable. She always makes us feel welcome and went out of her way to be especially sweet when our parents were visiting, which meant a lot to us. If I had one small wish, it would be a frequent customer rewards program, because we’re there at least once a week! We love this place and couldn’t recommend it enough.
